Body ball
Exercises are adapted to office conditions, with using rehabilitation balls, learning how to maintain healthy body posture. During these exercises we strengthen muscles, increase body flexibility, offload the spine. They allow to perform many exercises at the same time minimizing the load of ankles, knee-joints, hip-joints and spine. During body ball activities we engage stomach muscles, round the spine muscles (responsible for stabilization of circles and intervertebral rings in the right position), muscles of ridge and buttocks.
Body ball is a good fun and relaxation in one!!
Body ball activities are conducted by graduate fitness instructor – with Master’s degree in physiotherapy.
Body ballance
Group exercises where tapes and big colorful balls are used. They improve motor coordination and balance, engage deep muscles responsible for proper body posture maintenance, stabilize the spine, strengthen the muscles. Additional elements of stretching loosen extensively tensed muscles.
Regular exercises eliminate back, shoulders and legs aches.
We guarantee professionalism and good fun with proper music!!
